How To Nurture Your Inner Goddess With Crystals

by | Feb 10, 2021 | Spirituality | 0 comments

My favorite use of crystals is to use crystal rituals to connect with my inner goddess. Crystals supercharge rituals and help them to be more effective.

The size of the crystal that you choose to use in rituals does not matter, what matters is that you have a clear intention for the ritual, and that you have called in help from the world of the divine infinite intelligence.

When doing any type of ritual, you should have items that represent the elements of nature – air, earth, fire, mineral and water. To represent the element of mineral, you can use a crystal.

Here are three simple guidelines to remember when performing rituals:

First, set an intention. Your ritual must have a purpose, or a reason for being.

With a ritual, you have a very specific intention. The first step in creating your own ritual is to start with your intention. What is the outcome of the ritual? What would you like to accomplish by performing the ritual?

When you set an intention, you are creating an environment for you to feel and think about the ritual, thereby giving energy to whatever intention you have chosen.

This power of focus is what charges the ritual. It makes it real. It fills the ritual with life so that it can thrive with the energy of that intention. Setting a purpose for the ritual gives it life!

Determine what type of help you need for the ritual.

Determine if you should call in divine intelligence, your ancestors, your spirit guides or angels. You should be clear on what type of skill set is best for carrying out the ritual. Or, you can call in a combination of energies and entities to help with creating this ritual.

After you have decided what type of help you need, determine where you will conduct this ritual.

Your ritual will be done in sacred space. Sacred space is space that has been designated to be the site of that particular ritual.

Now, let’s get back to using crystal rituals to connect with your inner goddess.

Some people use crystals for their healing properties. There is no right or wrong way to use crystals in rituals. The crystal ritual that you do depends on what you would like to achieve. If you are using crystals to connect with your inner goddess, to live a more vibrant and high vibe lifestyle, then you must know the qualities that your inner goddess possesses.

Once you learn about the qualities of your inner goddess, I would suggest that you grab a copy of The Book of Stones . The book of stones is sectioned by the name of particular crystals BUT you can also search by qualities that each crystal possesses.

For example, if your inner goddess is a loving goddess, and loves soft colors like pink, then perhaps you can use a rose quartz for your crystal ritual.

The steps of building a goddess ritual around crystals are simple and easy to follow. They are:

  1. Choose an intention for the ritual
  2. Call in a higher source (Divine Infinite Intelligence, Ancestors, Angels, etc.) to assist you with connecting with your goddess
  3. Be sure to have another element aside from the crystal to represent one of the nature forces
  4. Based on your intention, choose 1-3 crystals to represent the energy needed to carry out that intention of connecting with your goddess.

The healing property of a crystal is what the crystal is naturally programmed for. For example, if referring to the list below, use citrine and aventurine crystals to connect with goddesses that govern wealth. You can also use a natural or polished emerald, as those stones magnify intentions, since their healing property is centered around growth.

Below are a few options of crystals with healing properties.

  • Rose Quartz – Love
  • Citrine – Creativity
  • Aventurine – Luck
  • Labradorite – Transformation
  • Amethyst – Intellect
  • Snowflake Obsidian – Protection
  • Amazonite – Healing trauma
  • Angelite – Communication with angels
  • Quartz – Magnify/Amplify other crystals and your intention
  • Selenite – Wisdom and Spirituality
  • Green fluorite – Focus and concentration
  • Emerald – Growth
  • Blue Chalcedony – Stillness
  • Alum – Getting rid of negative energy

The healing area next to each crystal is not its only healing property, as most crystals have many jobs so to speak.

How do you actually use the crystal in the ritual? It does depend on the type of ritual that you are doing. You can create a grid, using a quartz (rose quartz works well too) in the middle and then setting the other crystals around it.

Then, you can get quartz points, which are quartz crystals that have a point. Depending on whether your intention is to send OUT your goddess energy (quartz points point away from the center quarts) or your intention is to receive energy from your goddess (quartz points point toward the center quartz), you point the quartz points in the direction of your intention.

Ask your help how long you should leave the grid up – sometimes it’s just for the ritual itself and sometimes you will be told to leave it up for a period of time.

You can also just meditate with your chosen crystal. Or, you can choose to carry your crystals with you on your person, in your car, or at your desk.

There is no right or wrong way to work with crystals to connect with your inner goddess. You determine the way that works for you. Do whatever feels good! To really honor your inner goddess, you can create your own ritual just for her.

Creating a ritual just for your inner goddess means that the ritual is unique to the energy of your inner goddess. The best way for her to come around is to create something that is very attractive to her. This is why I recommend that you get to know your goddess and create a ritual around what you know about her.
